Please make some actions to begin if you haven't made yet:
- first make a registration on https://getupd.io;
- Add your API credentials for the first integration;
- Switch on the CompanyApp module.
At now please make some changes in this configuration:
- In task process "External management" please change the script "00. Task update".
- Change the URL of the post-request;
- Change the Webhook-token;
- Save changes.
In Data fields find "Main fields" and open "AppLink":
- Change the link from getupd.io forms;
- If you will change field-name, change it everywhere;
- Save changes.
In contact process "External user process" in the script "00. Send the invite-link":
- Check and change the welcome-text for external user;
- Check the field with the welcome-link;
- Save changes.
And now you are ready to try!
Attention to this! At first you should prepare for the integration on Getupd.io
Follow the steps:
- Create a task in "External planner";
- Fill in all the task fields;
- Create the external user and input them into the task field "External Assignee" and "Participant";
- Invite the user by the process button;
- Make some comments for him and try to help him to complete the task.
